Supporting the Improvement of Arts in Jakarta, DKI Disbud Presents Artist's Application
The DKI Jakarta Provincial Cultural Department (Disbud) continues to innovate to improve services for the arts community and every individual involved in the art world in the capital city. One of them is by presenting the Art Performer application as a development of the art studio data collection system that was previously implemented.
Jakarta Disbud Head, Iwan Henry Wardhana, said this application was presented as an effort to support the utilization of information and communication technology to improve the administration of public services in Jakarta.
"In the era of technology that continues to develop, this application is a form of our commitment to continue to improve the quality of service to artists in Jakarta. Hopefully, in the future, all art communities and individuals involved in the art world can be well accommodated," he expressed Tuesday (11/28).
Furthermore, Iwan said this application was presented as a development need for art actors, as well as ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data collected. Previously, data collection had also been carried out to identify artists affected by COVID-19 in 2020.
"The existence of this application is expected to provide fast, easy, and accurate services to artists in various locations. This is also the first step to launching subsequent applications to meet the community's needs more holistically," he concluded.
During the event, Jakarta Disbud also invited related parties, artists, and the general public to jointly popularize the application to support the development of the art world in DKI Jakarta.
