PPSB H. Sa'aba Amsir is a place for the preservation and development of West Java's cultural arts. The arts community can use this building for artistic activities such as dance practice, theatre, and other art activities. The infrastructure was formerly known as PPSB South Jakarta. After DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan changed the names of 32 roads and buildings on 27 June 2022, the building was named PPSB H. Sa'aba Amsir.
