Gangsing (spinning top) game is one of the traditional games of the Betawi people. This game, some call it Barrier. Gangsing is usually made from tamarind wood, guava wood, sapodilla wood, mahogany wood, stink bean wood, jackfruit wood, and waru wood.

In this gangsing angonan game, for each participant whose gangsing turns and stops in the circle or closest to the circle, the child is declared defeated. While the other participants tried to hit the gangsing of the other participants who were declared defeated earlier with their gangsing. And try to keep the losing gangsing away from the circle in turns. And those who have gangsing must also try to get their gangsing into the circle. And if the losing participant managed to get his gangsing into the circle, the game is repeated from the beginning. Here each participant must bring more than one gangsing. One to be put in a circle, the other gangsing as the gaconya (main player), and there must be a supply of gangsing in case the gangsing is damaged.
