The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, through the Regional Cooperation Bureau and the DKI Jakarta Provincial Cultural Department, in collaboration with the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and Reinwardt Academy, Amsterdam University of Arts, has carried out the Museum Management Capacity Knowledge Exchange Program on October 16–20, 2023, at the Jakarta History Museum, Maritime Museum, Betawi Museum, and MH Thamrin Museum.

A total of 30 participants from museums under the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta and museums owned by educational institutions or private companies have been trained by lecturers, including Mrs. Marjan Otter, Mrs. Kathy Marchand, and Mr. Bart Boskaljon, on strategic museum management training.

The participants have successfully created and presented a business model canvas for each museum.

The participants can be at the forefront of implementing all the knowledge gained to develop and advance the museum world at DKI Jakarta.
